Yes, all pieces are handmade by me, Lucy, in our Sydney Studio.
If you’re unsure of your ring size, we have free ring sizers available to purchase - you just need to cover the postage.
When purchasing a made-to-order ring, simply add a free ring sizer to your cart and include a note with your order. We won’t start on your ring until you’ve confirmed your size.
If you’re ordering a Fingerprint Ring, we will include a free ring sizer with your wax kit.

All the gold and sterling silver used in our jewellery, including our fingerprint and pet print impression pieces, is sourced from an Australian manufacturer and made from 100% recycled metals.
Our necklace chains and earring findings (hoops and hooks) are also sourced locally and crafted using recycled metals whenever possible.
All our gold jewellery is made from solid recycled gold - never plated or gold-filled. This includes all gold chains and earring hoops, and hooks.
If you order a gold piece, every part of it (excluding any gemstones) will be made from solid gold.
Yes, absolutely! All our pieces can be made in 9ct or 18ct, and in yellow, rose, or white gold. If you’d like a different carat or colour, just send us a message - we’ll be happy to provide a quote.
Please note, white gold comes with an additional cost because it requires rhodium plating to achieve its colour. This plating will need to be reapplied over time, which isn’t covered under our Free Repairs for Life. The longevity of the plating depends on how the piece is worn and cared for.
Yes! We specialise in personalised pieces, including fingerprint and pet print jewellery. If you have a custom idea or want to personalise an existing design, just send us a message. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a quote.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay. All payments are securely processed to keep your information safe.
All pieces come beautifully gift-boxed, wrapped, and ready to give. Receipts are emailed separately, so your order can be sent straight as a gift. If you’d like us to include a handwritten card, just add your message in the order notes, and we’ll happily include it for free.
Not sure what to gift? We also offer e-gift cards that can be emailed to you or sent directly to the recipient.
We aim to dispatch all ready-to-ship orders within one business day. For custom made-to-order pieces, the creation timeframe is listed on each product page. You'll be updated once your order is on its way to you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number, which will also be visible on your account page. To track your order, please visit the Australia Post website.
Yes, all orders are sent via Australia Post and can be delivered to PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to private parcel locker services.
We want you to have a positive experience, so if for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please get in touch.
Most of our pieces can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, provided they are unworn and returned in their original gift box. Custom or personalised pieces, including all Impression Print jewellery, can’t be returned or exchanged, as they’re made especially for you.
If your ring needs a small size adjustment (up to two sizes), we'll cover the cost - you only need to pay for postage. Send us a message, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
