Where is Meraki Studio located?

We are based on Gadigal land in Sydney, Australia.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we operate as an online-only business, but we hope to host several pop-up events later in the year. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay updated on any future pop-ups.

Are all you pieces handmade?

Our collection features a mix of sustainably sourced jewellery from our partner artisans and handcrafted pieces made in our Sydney studio.

Do you use plastic packaging?

No, all our pieces come in a beautiful gift box made from recycled paper.

Shipping & Delivery

I've ordered more than one piece; will they come in their own gift box?

If you order multiple items, we typically combine them into one gift box to minimise packaging waste. However, if you prefer individual gift boxes for each piece, please let us know in the comments at checkout, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

What are you processing times?

We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day, except for made-to-order pieces, which will have their own timeframe specified on their product pages.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.
Express Delivery usually arrives next-day*.
*Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. All timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays. Stay informed with the latest shipping updates on the Australia Post website.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number, which will also be visible on your account page. To track your order, please visit the Australia Post website.

My order is showing as delivered, but I haven't received it?

Please check the Australia Post website for delivery updates. If you have not received your parcel, contact Australia Post support to open a dispute. For items lost in transit, we will be happy to send a replacement at no extra cost.

Can I order to a PO Box?

Yes, all orders are dispatched with Australia Post and can be delivered to a PO Box or post office facility.

Returns & Warranty

Help, I ordered the wrong size.

No problem! If you've ordered the wrong size, just send us a message at support@merakistudio.com.au, and we will assist you with an exchange.

Do you have a change of mind policy?

Yes, if for any reason you aren’t happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund for the full cost of the goods.
Your order must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original gift box and packaging.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?

We offer a 6-month warranty on all our jewellery, covering any breakage or discolouration.

How to request a return or an exchange?

How to care for you Freshwater Pearls

Freshwater pearls are delicate and should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth after each wear. Avoid exposure to chemicals, and store them in a soft pouch or separate compartment to prevent scratches.

How to care for your Sea Glass jewellery?

To keep your sea glass jewellery looking beautiful, gently wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals and store it in a safe place when not in use.

Is your jewellery shower and sweat-proof?

While our jewellery is designed for everyday wear, we recommend removing it before showering or engaging in heavy exercise to ensure its longevity.

Can I wear my jewellery in the pool or sea?

We advise against wearing our jewellery in the pool or sea, as chlorine and saltwater can cause damage over time. To keep your pieces looking their best, please remove them before swimming.
