No. The Master Mould is a permanent silicone version created from your unique wax impression. You must purchase either a wax kit or a piece of jewellery alongside your Master Mould to provide the original impression needed to create it.

We recommend ordering your Master Mould at the same time as your wax kit or jewellery. Once we have used your wax impression to create a piece of jewellery, a Master Mould can no longer be created. Equally, we do not keep hold of unused wax impressions once your order has been delivered, so a Master Mould must be ordered before you return your waxes to us.

We securely store your Master Mould for an initial period of one year to make ordering future pieces easy. Importantly, we will never dispose of a Master Mould without contacting you first, ensuring you have the opportunity to have it sent to you or continue its storage with us.

Yes, you can request to have your mould sent to you. However, we always recommend keeping your mould with us in our Sydney studio until you have finished creating all the pieces of jewellery you want. This ensures it is not lost, damaged, or deteriorated in transit or storage, which could affect the quality of future pieces.
