Step-by-Step
How it Works
1. Choose Your Jewellery
Once you've placed your order, we’ll send a wax kit with everything you need to take your fingerprint or pet print impressions.
2. Take Your Prints
Your wax kit includes step-by-step instructions for taking your impressions. Once complete, simply return your wax prints using the prepaid label provided.
3. Shaping & Casting
We shape your wax impressions and prepare them for casting. Using the lost wax technique, your wax is then replaced with molten silver or gold.
4. Final Touches
After casting, your piece is shaped, hand-polished and any customisations added. Your finished piece is then carefully packaged in a beautiful gift box.
Permanent Moulds for Future Keepsakes
If you'd like to create multiple pieces from one wax print or have the option for future keepsakes, a permanent mould can be made from your loved one’s fingerprint or pet’s impression. This mould is securely stored, allowing more pieces to be crafted without needing to retake the print.
