At Meraki Studio, we want you to love your jewellery for life. Whether you need a repair, resize, or return, we’re here to help ensure your piece fits perfectly and continues to shine for years to come.

Free Repairs for Life

We proudly offer free repairs for life on all pieces, at our discretion.

If your jewellery experiences wear and tear from everyday use, such as a broken chain, twisted links, or other minor issues, we’ll repair it free of charge (excl. postage costs). Repairs cover everyday wear only. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect is not included. Replacement gemstones or missing parts may incur an extra fee.

To request a repair, simply contact us and we’ll assess the issue and provide return instructions. To help your jewellery last, please follow jewellery our care guide.

Ring Resizing

We offer complimentary resizing for all Meraki Studio rings. Each ring can be adjusted up or down by up to two sizes at no cost.

Resizing beyond two sizes may not be possible, as it can affect the integrity of the design.
Resizing typically takes around 7 business days once received.
Customers are responsible for the postage cost to return the ring. A flat $10 fee applies for the return delivery once resizing is complete.

If you’ve purchased a ready-to-ship ring and need a different size (within two sizes up or down), we can resize it before dispatch at no additional charge. Just include your preferred size in the order notes at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your piece as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, please review the following policies:

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Custom Made & Impression Print Jewellery

As these pieces are made uniquely for you, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds once your order has been confirmed. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure your piece is exactly as you envisioned.

Change of Mind

You may return non-custom items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund (excl. shipping) or store credit. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and gift box, and include proof of purchase. Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons; however, earring charms are eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at support@merakistudio.com.au to initiate your return.
Ensure your item is unused and securely packaged.
Ship your return using registered post (return shipping is at your cost).
Once received, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 72 hours.
