Returns for Faulty Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging each piece of jewellery. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly offer you a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Impression Print & Custom-Made Jewellery

As our Impression Print Jewellery and custom-made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items. Please ensure you are happy with your print or custom request before finalising your order. We’re always happy to guide you throughout the process to ensure you receive a piece that you’ll cherish.

Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind, you may return non-custom items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or store credit. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns Process

For change-of-mind returns, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the day you receive your order. This excludes Impression Print & Custom-Made Jewellery and final sale items.

1. Contact us: Email support@merakistudio.com.au or log into your account to initiate a return.
2. Pack your item: Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.
3. Ship your return: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using registered post to protect your return in case it is lost in transit.
4. Processing your return: Once we receive your item, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 72 hours.

Ring Resizing Policy

Meraki Studio offers complimentary resizing for all rings purchased directly from our studio. Rings can be adjusted up or down by up to two sizes at no additional cost. Resizing requests must be submitted by contacting us prior to returning your item.

Resizing typically takes approximately 7 days from the date your ring is received. Requests to resize beyond two sizes may not be possible, as this may require remodelling the entire piece.

Customers are responsible for postage costs when returning their ring for resizing. A flat $10 return shipping fee applies for the resized ring to be sent back to you. Meraki Studio does not provide resizing services for jewellery purchased from other retailers.

Ready-to-Ship Rings: Complimentary resizing of up to two sizes is available prior to dispatch. Please include your required ring size in the order notes at checkout.
