Returns for Faulty Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging each piece of jewellery. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly offer you a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Impression Print & Custom-Made Jewellery

As our Impression Print Jewellery and custom-made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items. Please ensure you are happy with your print or custom request before finalising your order. We are happy to guide you throughout the process to ensure you receive a piece that you’ll cherish.

Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind, you can return non-custom items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or store credit. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns Process

For change-of-mind returns, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the day you receive your order. This excludes Impression Print & Custom-Made Jewellery and final sale items.

1. Contact us: Email us at support@merakistudio.com.au or log into your account to initiate the return.
2. Pack your item: Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.
3. Ship your return: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using registered post to protect your return in case it is lost in transit.
4. Processing your return: Once we receive your item, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 72 hours.
