Meraki Studio AU reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Product Information

Meraki Studio AU makes every effort to display the colours and details of products accurately on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour or detail will be accurate. Product prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed and charged in your local currency based on your location or selected market. Please note that for international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included and may be charged by your country’s customs office upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Ordering and Payment

By placing an order through the Site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment for all orders must be made through the payment methods available on the Site. Meraki Studio AU reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information or pricing, or suspicion of fraud.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery information, including estimated delivery times and costs, are provided on the Site. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day from receipt of payment, with the exception of custom made-to-order pieces including our Impression Print collection.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Sydney, Australia, via Australia Post. For international orders, we do not collect import taxes or duties at checkout. Your parcel may be subject to customs processing or additional charges upon arrival depending on your country’s regulations. Meraki Studio AU is not responsible for any customs delays or fees incurred.

Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy, available on the Site, for information on returning or exchanging products purchased from Meraki Studio AU.

Wax Kit Returns – International Customers

If you are ordering a wax kit from outside of Australia or New Zealand, you will need to arrange and cover the return shipping cost of your wax impressions. For customers in Australia and New Zealand, return shipping is included. We will email you before dispatching your kit with return instructions and any relevant customs information to help ensure a smooth process.

Handmade Jewellery

All of our jewellery is individually handmade, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in texture, shape, and finish are part of the nature of handcrafted work and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. Minor surface irregularities may occur and are a hallmark of true artisan craftsmanship — they do not impact the quality or durability of your jewellery.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Meraki Studio AU and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from the Site without the prior written consent of Meraki Studio AU.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meraki Studio AU excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
