Please take the time to read these terms and conditions before completing your order:
- Variations in Design
Each piece is handcrafted through a highly organic process, resulting in unique pieces that vary slightly in shape, size, and finish. No two pieces are ever identical, adding to the individuality of your jewellery.
- Quality of Impressions
Your final piece will only be as detailed as the impression you take. Please follow the provided instructions carefully, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or need assistance. I’m happy to review photos of your wax impressions before you send them back to ensure the best possible result.
- Unsuitable Impressions
While I can refine and improve small imperfections, the overall outcome depends largely on the quality of the impression you provide. If the impressions are not suitable or usable, you will be required to purchase a new wax impression kit.
- Unused Wax Impressions
Each wax impression is used to create a single piece of jewellery. I do not retain unused wax impressions after completing your order. If you’d like any remaining waxes returned with your final piece, please notify me when you send your impressions.
- Cost of Metal
To accommodate fluctuating metal prices, you have 6 months from the date of purchase to return your completed wax impressions. Impressions received after this timeframe may incur additional fees.
- Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of these pieces, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, I offer free repairs for life on all our Impression Print Jewellery.
- Infant and Senior Fingerprints
Infants under 12 months may not have fully developed fingerprints, and fingerprints from older loved ones may lack definition. I recommend an alternative method for taking impressions, which is detailed in the instructions provided. Please familiarise yourself with the look of infant impressions before completing your order.
