Christmas Cut-Off

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted by me, Lucy, in my Sydney studio. To help ensure your jewellery arrives in time for Christmas, please check the cut-off dates below.

Fingerprint & Pet Print Jewellery

To allow enough time for casting and finishing, your completed wax impressions must be returned by 23rd Nov for Christmas delivery. I recommend placing your order by 9th Nov to allow enough time to receive your kit, capture your impressions and return them to me.

Due to the casting time required for these custom pieces, impressions received after 23rd Nov cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery, and your finished jewellery will likely be ready in the New Year.

Made-to-Order Pieces (Non-Impression Jewellery)

For my standard made-to-order collections that don't require an impression kit, please place your order by 30th Nov to allow time for your piece to be handcrafted before Christmas.

Custom Orders

I'll be accepting custom commissions until 2nd Nov. Christmas delivery will depend on the size and complexity of your project, and larger or more involved commissions may need to be scheduled for January.

Wax Impression Kits Only

If there's not enough time to receive a finished piece of impression jewellery before Christmas, my Wax Impression Kits make a thoughtful gift to unwrap on Christmas Day. Order by 17th Dec for Christmas delivery, so your loved one can capture their print and create their own unique piece with me in the New Year.

Christmas Studio Closures

I'll be taking a much-needed break from 24th Dec to 18th Jan.

During this time, I'll be away from my workbench and won't be actively making jewellery. My website will remain open, and you can continue to place orders as usual.

Wax Impression Kits will still be dispatched every 2-3 days during this period, excluding public holidays.

If you urgently need to capture a loved one’s fingerprint or pet print while the studio is closed, you can still capture an impression immediately at home without waiting for a physical kit to arrive. Please follow the guides listed on my alternative impression methods page.
