Shipping & Timeframes
- Your wax impression kit will be dispatched within 2 business days.
- A prepaid returns label will be included to return your completed impressions back to me (Aus & NZ customers only).
- Once I receive your wax impressions, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks for your finished piece to be ready.
- We are based in Sydney. You are welcome to use the AusPost shipping calculator to estimate delivery times.

Important Info
• One of a Kind: Each piece is handcrafted through an organic process. Your jewellery will uniquely mirror the shape, thickness, and detail of the wax impression you create.
• Impression Quality: I am happy to check photos of your waxes before you post them back! While I can refine the back and sides of your piece, I cannot recreate missing detail or fix imperfections on the face of your impression. If an impression is unusable, a new kit will need to be purchased.
• Wax & Master Moulds: Once a wax impression is used, it cannot be returned. Unused wax is not kept or returned unless specifically requested. To create multiple pieces of jewellery from one impression, please purchase a Master Mould.
• Metal Pricing & Timeframes: Due to fluctuating metal prices, impressions must be returned within 6 months of purchase. Impressions received after this time may incur an additional fee.
• Infant & Older Loved Ones' Prints: Babies under 12 months usually do not have fully defined fingerprints; similarly, as we age, our fingerprints can fade. If a fingerprint is faint, a beautiful alternative is to capture the unique creases and folds of the finger - instructions for this are included in your wax impression kit.
• Returns & Repairs: As these are custom-made, returns are not available. However, all Meraki pieces include free repairs for life.
