How It Works
Step 1. Choose Your Piece
Once you've placed your order, we’ll send a wax kit with everything you need to take your fingerprint or pet print impressions.
Step 2. Take Your Prints
Your wax kit includes instructions on how to get the best impression. Once complete, simply return your wax prints using the prepaid label provided.
Step 3. Shaping & Casting
We shape your wax impressions and prepare them for casting. Using the lost wax technique, your wax is then replaced with molten silver or gold.
Step 4. Final Touches
After casting, your piece is hand-polished and any customisations are added. Your finished piece is then carefully packaged in a beautiful gift box and sent to you.

- Free shipping on orders over $100.
- Your wax impression kit will be dispatched within 2 business days.
- A prepaid returns label will be included to return your completed impressions.
- Once I receive your wax impressions, it takes 2–3 weeks for your finished piece to be ready.
