THE ORGANIC PROCESS
Each piece is handcrafted through an organic casting technique. Your finished jewellery will uniquely mirror the raw detail of the wax impression you create.
IMPRESSION QUALITY
Check your waxes carefully before returning them - I'm always happy to check photos of your prints first. While I can make small refinements, any bubbles, cracks, or missing details on the face of your wax will be visible in your finished jewellery. If an impression is unusable, a new wax kit must be purchased.
WAX & MASTER MOULDS
Once a wax impression is used for a piece of jewellery, it cannot be returned. If you wish to create multiple pieces of jewellery from a single impression, you must purchase a Master Mould before your finished jewellery is created to ensure we can preserve your impression.
METAL PRICING
Due to fluctuating precious metal markets, all wax impressions must be returned to our studio within 6 months of purchase. Impressions received after this period may incur an additional metal fee.
INFANTS & MATURE PRINTS
Babies under 12 months often don't have fully developed fingerprints. Similarly, fingerprint lines naturally fade as we age. If a fingerprint is faint, I recommend capturing the beautiful unique creases and folds of the finger instead. Detailed instructions for this are included in your wax kit.

Both offer incredible, distinct textures. Some dogs are more tolerant of having their paws touched, while others are more relaxed with a nose impression; we always suggest testing both with your kit to see which your dog is most comfortable with and which texture you prefer. Have a look at our photos to see the difference between a paw and nose print necklaces to help you decide.
Yes. If your pet has passed and you have a clay impression, we can use it to create your piece. As long as the clay shows the texture of the paw or nose, we can use it to replicate those details in precious metal to create a lasting dog necklace tribute.
Yes, this is a very popular choice for the classic size. You can capture a loved one's touch on the front and your dog nose print necklace on the back, allowing you to carry all your most important connections in one handcrafted piece.
We believe your jewellery should be worn, loved and passed down, which is why we offer free repairs for life on all of our pieces.
